Ingredients:
3-5 medium Indian Eggplants (slit in four)
1 1/2 cup oil
2 Medium Onions (sliced, lightly fried and then grinded)
2 TBSP - Tahini or Till
3 TBSP Coconut powder (roasted and grinded)
2 TBSP Peanuts (roasted and grinded)
2 TBSP White zeera (roasted and grinded)
2 TBSP Dhania/Coriander powder (roasted and grinded)
Salt - as needed
1/4 TSP Haldi/Turmeric 
1 1/2 TSP Ginger / Garlic paste
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
1/4 Bunch Curry leaf
1 - 2 Green Chili peppers (cut in half)
1 cup Imli Ka Khatta / Tamarind water
